Managing Your COBRA Insurance Plan

An employer who offers group health insurance is required by law to make available the same health plan as COBRA continuation if they employ 20 or more employees. It is the employer’s responsibility to collect premium payments and answer plan questions. Companies may use a third-party administrator to help manage enrollments and payments.
